Alessandro Simeoni

Alessandro Simeoni was born in San Donà (VE) on 12/14/1996.

He studied electric bass with the master Romolo Del Franco for four years and then harmony and theory with the master Alessandro Calore and electric bass with the master Antonio Moretti at the "Lizard Accademie Musicali" in Padova, where he successfully obtained the third level diploma with top marks and special mention. Subsequently he deepened his studies of latin music with the pianist Riccardo Scivales and for two years he studied cello with the teacher Sara Zalloni. In 2018 he won a scholarship offered by the Umbria Jazz Festival for the Berklee College of Music in Boston. He is currently studying with the master Vincenzo "Viz" Maurogiovanni.

Despite his young age he played with: Gianluca Mosole, Andrea Braido, Fabrizio Sotti, Gianluca Pellerito, Riccardo Scivales, Giorgio Galimberti, Matteo Mancuso, Simona Malandrino, Manuel Smaniotto, Silvia Smaniotto, Roberta Gentile, Francesco Inverno, Edoardo Tura, Steve Saluto and many others.

He has had the good fortune to open concerts for great artists both national and international level, such as Max Gazzè, Buena Vista Social Club, Maurizio Vandelli.
