Luca Varavallo achieves a Bachelor degree in classical Double Bass at the Conservatory of
Music "San Pietro a Majella " of Naples under the guide of the lecturer master Ermanno
Calzolari. From 2008 to 2011 works as a second double bass for the "Orchestra Nazionale dei Conservatori".
Also musician within the "Georges Méliès Orchestra" he gets the change to to collaborate with artists such as: Ennio Morricone, Nicola Piovani, Franco Piersanti and Nanni Moretti.
In 2014, together with the "Head Project Trio". He releases the homonymous album. Moreover, he takes part to Marigliano Jazz Festival and is awarded among the finalist of the Barga Jazz Contest.
In 2015 he begins tha activity of lecturer of several high-school in Campania; in the meanwhile, he undertakes jazz studies under the guide of master Gianluigi Goglia. Today he is engaged in an artistic collaboration with the saxophonist Andrea Abbadia and is working at the drafting of the "Brew 4et" first album.
